We believe we have the necessary <br />qualifications, experience and professional staffing to satisfy the needs of the Agency for <br />any of the various projects which may be undertaken. <br /> <br />We have reviewed the Agencies Request For Proposal (RFP) and declare that we <br />thoroughly understand and can comply with the listed Scope of Work and Statement of <br />Work for Relocation Services. We also declare the below signer represents that Pacific <br />Relocation Consultants, a Sub-Chapter 's' California Corporation, is interested in this <br />proposal as a principal and is named hereto; that this proposal is made without collusion <br />with any other person, persons, company or parties submitting a proposal; that this <br />proposal is in all respects fair and in good faith without collusion or fraud; and, the below <br />signer of this proposal has full authority to bind Pacific Relocation Consultants. <br /> <br />In addition to the components requested in the RFP, we have included a summary of our <br />company qualifications, an affirmative action statement and assurances relating to <br />required insurance and agreement requirements.
