Additional cases identified during the implementation of the project, <br />delayed acquisition scheduled identified above, and lor substantial changes in the required <br />scope ofthe project may cause the revision of the project maximum. <br /> <br />PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND RELOCATION CONSULTATION <br /> <br />General relocation consultation and Project Management, as described in our Project <br />Approach listed in our proposal, shall be billed in accordance with the following current . <br />hourly rate schedule (legal representation at 150% of the rates): <br /> <br />Corporate Officer/Regional Manager <br />Senior Associate <br />Relocation Specialist <br />Technical Support <br />~dministra tive/Secretarial <br /> <br />SllO.OOlhour <br />$ 90.00/hour <br />$ 75.001hour <br />S 50.001hour <br />$ 35.001hour <br /> <br />RELOCATION PLAN PREPARATION <br /> <br />If the preparation of a Relocation Plan is required for the project, it shall be prepared and <br />submitted for a lump-sum fee as described below: <br /> <br />Model Relocation Plan <br />(15 household units or less) <br /> <br />Full Relocation Plan <br />(16 units or more) <br /> <br />Lump sum fee of S2,500.00 per plan <br /> <br />Lump sum fee of $225.00 per occupied <br />unit <br /> <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />
