<br />: <br /> <br />.-c, ~ :ALO f - (; ;J, ,;~ - 0/ <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />... . <br />. <br /> <br />AMENDMENT TO CONSULTANT AGREEMENT <br /> <br />THIS AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT (Amendment), made and entered into this <br /> <br />J & day of J hi Lf <br />- ./ <br /> <br />2002, by and between the City of Santa Ana, a charter <br /> <br />city and municipal corporation of the State of California ("City") and Pacific Relocation <br /> <br />Consultants, a California corporation ("Consultant"). <br /> <br />WITNESSETH <br /> <br />Recitals: <br /> <br />A. City and Consultant entered into a Consultant Agreement, dated February 20, <br /> <br />200 I, by which Consultant agreed to provide real estate relocation services, loss of goodwill <br /> <br />valuation, building demolition, property management and asbestos testing, abatement and <br /> <br />removal (the "Agreement"). <br /> <br />B. Pursuant to the Agreement, the time for completion of the services was April 30, <br /> <br />2002. The parties now desire to extend the time for completion to June 30, 2003. Additionally, <br /> <br />in order to provide for continuous, uninterrupted service to City, this Amendment shall include <br /> <br />all services rendered from May 1,2002 to June 30, 2003. <br /> <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of their mutual and respective promises, and subj~ct to <br /> <br /> <br />the terms and conditions of the Agreement as hereby amended, the parties hereby agree as <br /> <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />I. Section 3 of the Agreement is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />"This Agreement shall commence on February 20, 2001 and terminate on June 30, 2003, <br /> <br />unless terminated earlier in accordance with section 12, below.
