(Requires five affirmative votes). <br />APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT NO. 06-025 - Recognizing $135,000 in <br />State of California Urban Creek Restoration Program grant funds in <br />revenue account and appropriate same to the Urban Creek Restoration <br />Program expenditure accounts - Parks, Recreation & Community Services <br />Agency <br />20.13. APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT ACCEPTING LIBRARY SERVICES <br />AND TECHNOLOGY ACT PUBLIC LIBRARY STAFF EDUCATION <br />FUNDS <br />Motion: Approve appropriation adjustment. Adopt a resolution. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2005-085 - A resolution to amend the current <br />annual budget to add one position in the Police Department <br />3.
