vi. Publicity, public relations, photographs, educational materials, business letterhead <br />or logos bearing artwork image. <br />vii. Dedication ceremonies, including sculpture unveilings or grand openings. <br />8. To be eligible, the proposed work of public art shall not be: <br />i. a mass produced object from a standard design; <br />ii. a reproduction, whether produced by mechanical or other means, of an original work <br />of art; <br />iii. elements of building, designed by the building's architect, as opposed to a public <br />artist commissioned for the express purpose of creating a unique work of public art; <br />nor <br />iv. a water feature, in whole or in part. <br />
