FILE 110.15 <br /> 615.05 <br /> <br />JOINT PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />76 .A <br /> <br />OWNER PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT WITH RIVERVIEW COMMUNITY <br />PARTNERSHIP - NORTH HARBOR REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT <br /> <br />The Mayor opened the joint public hearing relative to the owner <br />participation agreement with Riverview Community Partnership - North <br />Harbor Redevelopment Project. <br /> <br />Project Manager Sandi Daniels presented the staff report and <br />recommendations. <br /> <br />Fred Armstrong, principal in Ridgewood Development, described the <br />developer's experience, the project's configuration and showed a <br />slide presentation of existing and proposed uses. <br /> <br />The Clerk of the Council reported no written communications. <br /> <br />A1 Southerland, 695 Town Center Drive and Bill Vetter, 3026 Fifth <br />Street, spoke in Opposition to the project. <br /> <br />There were no other speakers.
