Additionally, City Charter Section 901 provides that <br />three consecutive unexcused absences would result in the vacation of a <br />board or commission position. <br /> <br />Examination of attendance reports for the period ending September 30, 2005 <br />revealed that no current members have exceeded the limits for permitted <br />absences. Therefore, the only action required is to receive and file the <br />report. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br /> <br />There is no fiscal impact associated with this action. <br /> <br />Patricia E.
