These <br />services will augment services provided by City staff and are required to <br />complete the design of the City's Capital Improvement projects due to <br />funding deadlines. <br /> <br />Request for proposals were sent to several firms. Three proposals were <br />received from Project Partners, PDS Technical Services, and CDI Business <br />Solutions, which were reviewed and rated by Public Works Agency staff. <br />All three firms have skilled personnel, high client satisfaction and <br />competitive rates. It is recommended that Project Partners, PDS <br />Technical Services, and CDI Business solutions be retained. <br /> <br />Each firm was rated <br />capacity to perform <br />the ratings for the <br /> <br />according to its qualifications, past experience and <br />the required work.
