Adopt an ordinance approving Amendment Application No. 2005-05. <br /> <br />PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION <br /> <br />On October 10, 2005, the Planning Commission recommended that the City <br />Council approve and adopt the Mitigated Negative Declaration and <br />Mitigation Monitoring Program, Environmental Review No. 2003-262; and <br />adopt an ordinance approving Amendment Application No. 2005-05 by a vote <br />of 6:0 (Lutz absent) to change the zoning designation from Single-Family <br />Residence (R1) to Arterial Commercial (C5) in order to allow the <br />construction of a retail building with a Starbucks at 2701 North Grand <br />Avenue.
