The facility will contribute to the general <br />well being of the community by providing food and beverage service to <br />residents and visitors as well as enhancing the economic stability of the <br />area by converting a vacant site into a vital, active commercial <br />development. <br /> <br />A Mitigated Negative Declaration and Mitigation Monitoring Program were <br />prepared for this project. A geotechnical report that addresses seismic <br />constraints, liquefaction potential, soil conditions, proj ect building <br />load requirements and identifies design recommendations to ensure the <br />geotechnical stability of the project is required to be submitted prior <br />to issuance of grading permits. <br /> <br />In summary, the proposed project complies with the provisions <br />in the Arterial Commercial (C5) zoning district and Land Use <br />the General Plan.
