Prior to issuance of grading permits, the project developer <br />shall submit and have approved a surface drainage/utility plan <br />that depicts all applicable Site Design, Structural Source <br />Control and Treatment Control Best Management Practices (BMP) <br />in accordance with the Orange County Drainage Area Management <br />Plan and the City of Santa Ana Local Implementation Plan. <br /> <br />24. <br /> <br />Prior to <br />developer <br />Management <br /> <br />the issuance of grading permits, <br />shall provide two copies of the <br />plan that include the following: <br /> <br />the <br />Water <br /> <br />project <br />Quali ty <br /> <br />a. Site Assessment. <br /> <br />b. Site Design BMPs. <br /> <br />c. Applicable Routine Source Control BMPs. <br /> <br />d. Selection and sizing of the Treatment Control BMPs. <br /> <br />e. Mechanisms by which funding for long-term operation and <br />maintenance of Structural BMPs will be provided. <br /> <br />f. Operation and Maintenance Plan to describe the long-term <br />operation and maintenance requirements of all applicable <br />Structural BMPs, and to identify the entity in charge of <br />implementation. <br /> <br />25. Prior to the issuance of grading permits, the project <br />developer shall submit a final run-off evaluation for review <br />and approval showing the existing and proposed facilities and <br />methods of draining the site without exceeding the capacity of <br />any street or adjacent storm drain facility. <br /> <br />26. Prior to issuance of grading permits, the project developer <br />shall submit to the City of Santa Ana Planning Division a <br />letter from the Department of Defense and CalTrans that <br />adequate access is provided to the Department of Defense fuel <br />line and the CalTrans sound wall. <br /> <br />27. Grading Plans and Building Plans for the proposed project <br />shall note that all construction equipment shall be properly <br />maintained and tuned to minimize noise emissions. <br /> <br />75C-106 <br />
