The implementation of the Sound Wall Alternative and the Building Setback Alternative <br />would reduce the exterior living area noise impacts to a level that would be less than significant. <br />However, additional significant impacts would occur and the project objectives would not be <br />achieved. With this consideration, the Proposed Project would provide the highest feasible level of <br />sound attenuation to minimize the unavoidable exterior living area noise impacts while meeting the <br />objectives of the project.
