<br />A-2004-0B7-13-01 <br /> <br />AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br /> <br />THIS AMENDMENT, made and entered into this 30th day of June, 2005, by and between the <br />Centennial Heritage Museum, a California non-profit corporation ("Subrecipient"), and the City of Santa <br />Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation duly organized and existing under the Constitution and laws <br />of the State of California ("City"). <br /> <br />RECIIALS <br /> <br />A. The City and Subrecipient entered into that certain "Agreement Between The City of Santa Ana and <br />Centennial Heritage Museum for Use of Community Development Block Grant Funds" ("CDBG <br />Agreement" - copy attached hereto as Attachment 1 and incorporated by reference) dated May 3,2004, to <br />use $15,000.00 in CDBG funding to introduce students to the environment and recycling, as well as touring <br />a historic house and leaming about what life was like 100 years ago (program further described in Exhibit <br />A to Attachment 1). <br /> <br />B. The parties hereto now desire to amend and extend the time period of the CDBG Agreement. <br /> <br />C. Subrecipient may also amend its Budget attached as Exhibit B to Attachment I, however the <br />total amount of the budget ($15,000) shall remain unchanged. <br /> <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual and respective covenants and promises hereinafter <br />contained and made, and subject to all ofthe terms and conditions of said CDBG Agreement as hereby <br />amended, the parties hereto do hereby agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. The "Time Period of Agreement" section of said CDBG Agreement will be extended to <br />June 30, 2006. <br /> <br />2.
