75.G. <br /> <br />PEDESTRIAN PASSAGEWAY VACATION -~ALTON AVENUE AND THE <br />SOUTHERN PACIFIC RAILROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY <br /> <br />The Mayor opened the public hearing regarding a pedestrian passageway <br />vacation at Alton Avenue and the Southern Pacific Railroad <br />Right-of-Way. <br /> <br />Michael Betts, Transportation Project Manager, presented the staff <br />report and recommendations. <br /> <br />The Clerk of the Council reported no written communications. <br /> <br />Don Ellison, 915 Walton, spoke in favor of the proposed pedestrian <br />passageway vacation. <br /> <br />There were no other speakers.
