<br />Prior to the issuance of grading permits the Public Works <br />project developer shall provide two copies <br />of the Water Quality Management Plan that <br />include the following: <br /> <br />1. Site Assessment <br />2. Site Design BMPs <br />3. Applicable Routine Source Control <br />BMPs <br />4. Selection and sizing of the Treatment <br />Control BMPs <br />5. Mechanisms by which funding for <br />long-term operation and maintenance <br />of Structural BMPs will be provided <br />6. Operation and Maintenance Plan to <br />describe the long-term operation and <br />maintenance requirements of all <br />applicable Structural BMPs, and to <br />identify the entity in charge of <br />implementation <br /> <br />Prior to the issuance of grading permits the <br />project developer shall submit a final run-off <br />evaluation for review and approval showing <br />the existing and proposed facilities and <br />methods of draining the site without <br />exceeding the capacity of any street or <br />adjacent storm drain facility. <br /> <br />Prior to issuance of grading permits the <br />project developer shall submit to the City of <br />Santa Ana Planning Division a letter from <br />the Department of Defense and CalTrans <br />that adequate access is provided to the <br />Department of Defense fuel line and the <br />CalTrans sound wall. <br /> <br />Grading Plans and Building Plans for the <br />proposed project shall note that all <br />construction equipment shall be properly <br />maintained and tuned to minimize noise <br />emissions, <br /> <br />Grading Plans and Building Plans for the <br />oroDosed Droiect shall note that all <br /> <br />Resolution No. 2005-107 <br />Page 6 of 38 <br /> <br />Page 2 of7 <br /> <br />Public Works <br /> <br />Planning! <br />Building <br /> <br />Planning! <br />Building <br /> <br />Planning! <br />Buildinl! <br />
