Miles Leach, 1025 West Tenth Street, addressed Council, commenting on <br />the lack of Council responsiveness relative to the Save Our Stadium <br />group. <br /> <br />Sue Stewart, 529 West Santa Clara, reminded the Council of the <br />upcoming Charter Review Commmission forums and encouraged their <br />attendance. <br /> <br />CLOSED SESSION <br /> <br />At 10:30 p.m., the Council recessed to Closed Session. The Clerk of <br />the Council announced the Council was recessing to Closed Session <br />pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(A) to confer with the <br />city Attorney regarding pending litigation which has been initiated <br />formally and to which the City is a party, to wit, Rivas vs. the City <br />of Santa Ana, Caballero vs. the City of Santa Ana (Workers' <br />Compensation), Blankenship vs. the City of Santa Ana (Workers' <br />Compensation, Lamphear vs. the City of Santa Aha (Workers' <br />Compensation), and CROSA vs. the City of Santa Ana; and to discuss <br />litigation, identification of which would jeopardize the City's <br />ability to conclude existing settlement negotiations to its advantage. <br /> <br />At 10:56 p.m., the Council reconvened with all members present. <br /> <br />CLOSED SESSION REPORT <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Authorize settlement with the lessors of the property <br />at 101 W.
