Second Street. <br /> <br />Sandra Levitt, Associate Planner, presented the staff report and <br />recommendations. <br /> <br />The Clerk of the Council reported no written communications. <br /> <br />Sally Lofink and Miriam Webb, developers of the project, spoke in <br />favor of Appeal Application No. 536. <br /> <br />There were no other speakers.
