Bristol Street. <br /> <br />Allen Lovin, Associate Planner, presented the staff report and <br />recommendations. <br /> <br />The Clerk of the Council reported no written communications (one from <br />Jerome Bame, having previously been distributed to the Council). <br /> <br />Jerome Bame, attorney for the applicant, and Mary Enck, Benco <br />Development Group, spoke in favor of Appeal Application No. 538. <br /> <br />Jean Sturgis, 623 N. Bristol, ~78, spoke in opposition. <br /> <br />There were no other speakers.
