He <br />also inquired as to the City's policy relative to garage sales; the <br />City Manager informed him that there was a limitation on the number <br />that can be conducted at any one residence annually but that permits <br />were not required for garage sales. <br /> <br />Councilmember Acosta requested follow-up action by the City Manager <br />relative to a public disturbance in the 4700 block of West Roberts <br />Drive. <br /> <br />Councilmember Young commended the staff for its remarkable job during <br />the Cinco de Mayo event at Santa Ana Stadium. <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> <br />189 MAY 5, 1986 <br /> <br /> <br />
