Santa Clara, brought to Council's attention the <br />poor condition Of the flags on the Old City Hall building. <br /> <br />Carmen Hench, representing KVEA Channel 52, addressed Council, <br />requesting a waiver of the application fee for use of Centennial Park <br />for Feria de Michoacan. By the unanimous informal consent of the <br />Council, Ms. Hench was referred to staff for assistance. <br /> <br />Geneva F~lton, 1801 N. Greenleaf St., addressed Council, expressing <br />concern that the Council had not instituted a Permit Parking Program <br />on Greenleaf Street as requested by the neighborhood. Councilmember <br />Acosta requested that staff complete its analysis and report to the <br />Council on the Permit Parking Program within the next 60 days. <br /> <br />Seni S. Tufele, representing the United Samoan Organization, <br />addressed Council concerning the Community Development Block Grant <br />Budget, and presented a revised request for funds for the United <br />Samoan Organization. <br /> <br />Donna LeMan, 2216 N. Bristol, addressed Council expressing concern <br />with the 'no parking' restrictions in the alley behind her property <br />and the lack of parking on Bristol St. which fronted her property. <br />Ms. LeMan was referred to staff for assistance by the unanimous <br />informal consent of the Council. <br /> <br />Zeke Hernandez, 1328 W. Chestnut St., thanked the Councilmembers for <br />their attendance at the recent event sponsored by LULAC and NAACP for <br />Robert Bobb's farewell party.
