These services <br />are required to augment City staff to complete the design of park and <br />facility improvement projects in a timely manner. <br /> <br />Qualified firms were contacted <br />These proposals were reviewed <br />personnel from City Agencies. <br /> <br />and <br />by <br /> <br />three firms submitted proposals. <br />a review committee comprised of <br /> <br />The ratings for the top three firms are as follows: <br /> <br />FIRM <br /> <br />RATING <br /> <br />1. The rates are <br />consistent, reasonable and in line with staff's estimate. Because of the <br />experience of key personnel, client satisfaction and competitive rates, <br />it is recommended that the firms of Gillis & Associates Architects, Inc. <br />andRuth Hasell AlA Architect be retained for the required services. <br /> <br />25G-1 <br />
