During the past four years, slab moisture intrusion has <br />damaged the impervious rubber flooring, causing it to lift and creating <br />an unsafe environment. The contract will provide for the replacement <br />of the existing rubber flooring with a more porous product designed to <br />permit evaporation. <br /> <br />The notice inviting bids was advertised on September 19-20, <br />bids were solicited.
