<br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />The scope of services is general consulting services as to the City's Payroll application, Oracle <br />database and supporting programs. The majority of these services will be conducted by the <br />contractor remotely using VPN access to the City's network or by phone. The contractor may be <br />requested to come to the City for special support such as during the weekend of the Payroll <br />application upgrade. This request will be made through the Applications Systems Manager or <br />the Manager ofInformation Services. Services to be compensated at the rate of$85.00 an hour. <br /> <br />8 <br />
