MINUTES OF THE ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING <br />OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />JULY 15, 1986 <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order at 5:47 p.m. in the Council Chambers, <br />22 Civic Center Plaza, by Mayor Daniel E. Griset. Councilmembers <br />present were John Acosta, Wilson B. Hart, P. Lee Johnson, R. W. <br />Luxembourger, Patricia A. McGuigan, Dan Young and Mayor Griset. Also <br />present were City Manager David N. Ream, City Attorney Edward J. <br />Cooper and Clerk of the Council Janice C. Guy. <br /> <br />At 5:48 p.m., the Council recessed to a Closed Session of the <br />Community Redevelopment Agency, and reconvened at 5:55 p.m. with all <br />members present. <br /> <br />76.A. <br /> <br />JOINT PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING AN AGREEMENT FOR SALE OF REAL <br />PROPERTY WITH ALLAN FAINBARG AND SARA FAINBARG (AGENCY <br />ITEM 2A) <br /> <br />The Mayor opened the joint public hearing of the Community <br />Redevelopment Agency and the City Council of the City of Santa Aha, <br />for the proposed sale of property, by the Community Redevelopment <br />Agency of the City of Santa Aha, to Allan and Sara Fainbarg, of a <br />site located on the northeast corner of Seventeenth and Bush Streets. <br /> <br />Robert Hoffman, Real Estate Manager, presented the staff report and <br />recommendations. <br /> <br />The Secretary of the Community Redevelopment Agency reported no <br />written communications. <br /> <br />There were no speakers on the matter. <br /> <br />The Mayor closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />ACTION BY THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY: <br /> <br />MOTION: Adopt resolution. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 86-66 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SANTA ANA APPROVING AN AGREEMENT FOR SALE OF REAL PROPERTY BETWEEN <br />THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, THE CITY <br />AND ALLAN AND SARA FAINBARG. <br /> <br />MOTION: Johnson: SECOND: Luxembourger <br /> <br />VOTE: AYES: <br /> McGuigan, Young <br /> NOES:None <br /> ABSENT:None <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> <br />Acosta, Griset, Hart, Johnson, Luxembourger, <br /> <br />284 <br /> <br />A--86-11~ <br />FILE 630.15 <br /> 615.25 <br /> <br /> JULY 15v 1986 <br /> <br /> <br />
