Southeast and southwest corner of Fifth and Spurgeon. <br />2. Southwest corner of Fifth and Main. <br />3. Northwest corner of Third and Spurgeon. <br />4. Northwest corner of Third and Birch. <br /> <br />Richard Dominguez, Manager Operations and Finance, presented the <br />staff report and recommendations. <br /> <br />The Agency Secretary reported no written communications, <br /> <br />There were no speakers in favor of the matter. <br /> <br />Joe Gilmaker, 307 W.
