The <br />primary purpose of this agreement was to streamline the funding <br />allocation process for projects funded through the Combined <br />Transportation Funding Program and the Bicycle and pedestrian Facilities <br />Program. The MFA also specifies the roles and responsibilities of the <br />City and OCTA.
