<br />Tentative Tract Map No. 2005-07 <br />November 14, 2005 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br /> <br />Declaration No. 2004-198 has been prepared for the proposed <br />proj ect, identifying potential impacts and mitigation measures <br />aimed at reducing any environmental impact associated with this <br />project. <br /> <br />E. The design or improvements of the proposed proj ect will not cause <br />serious public health problems. <br /> <br />The proposed infill development is for a 44 unit residential <br />townhome development and will be in compliance with all <br />regulations and conditions specified in the Santa Ana Municipal <br />Code with the exception of parking, height, setbacks and access. <br />The proposed variances will not cause any serious health impacts <br />or health problems. Additionally, mitigation measures such as <br />sound rated windows and doors will be incorporated into the <br />buildings to avoid any noise impacts. <br /> <br />F. The design of improvements of the proposed project will not conflict <br />with easements necessary for public access through or use of the <br />property within the proposed project. <br /> <br />There are no easements that would affect the use or development <br />of this site. Approval of Tentative Tract Map No. 2005-07 will <br />not create conflicts with the easements necessary for public <br />access through the property, as no such easements currently <br />exist. <br /> <br />758-42 <br />
