<br />COPS 2005 Technology Grant <br />December 19, 2005 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />The natural progression of the STAT-TRAC concept involves the expansion of <br />the program to ensure all stakeholders, internal and external, receive the <br />information in a timely manner and in the same graphical manner as <br />presented to the detectives and management. Thus, the Police Department <br />plans to utilize this grant funding to expand and improve the STAT-TRAC <br />process by equipping the field officer Roll Call Room, the Community Room, <br />and one of the Training classrooms with the same technology and equipment <br />currently in the STAT-TRAC room. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br /> <br />Approval of the appropriation adjustment will enhance the COPS <br />Technology Grant revenue account (account no. 127-01-5359-4) <br />expenditure accounts (account nos. 127-357-various) by $197,329. <br /> <br />2005 <br />and <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FUNDS AND ACCOUNTS: <br /> <br />d~ U---- <br /> <br />Paul M.
