BUSH <br /> <br />Filed by Alterholt, et.al., to rezone property from the R3 (High <br />Density) District to the P (Professional) District to preserve that <br />corridor of historically-significant structures through an adaptive <br />reuse strategy. <br /> <br />Recommended for approval by the Planning commission on August 11, <br />1986, by the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />Miller, Chavez-Gomez, Casteix, Uno, <br />None <br />Godinez, Berke <br /> <br />Spevacek <br /> <br />The Mayor opened the public hearing on Amendment Application No. 963 <br />proposing to rezone property located at 1714-1917 N. Bush from the R3 <br />(Multiple-Family Residential) District to the P (Professional) <br />District, to preserve that corridor of historically significant <br />structures through an adaptive reuse strategy. <br /> <br />Melanie Fallon, Planning Manager, presented the staff report and <br />recommendations. <br /> <br />The Clerk of the Council reported no written communications. <br /> <br />The following persons spoke in favor of Amendment Application NO. 963: <br /> <br />Barbara Atterholt, 1727 N.
