By the unanimous informal consent of <br />the Council, the matter was referred to the Council Public Safety <br />Committee for recommendation. FILE 715 <br /> <br />Councilmember Acosta also reported large numbers of homeless people <br />living in illegal dwellings and shrubbery along the railroad tracks <br />between Seventeenth and Twentieth Street, and requested staff to <br />investigate. <br /> <br />Mayor Griset provided staff with pictures of a sewage system backup <br />at a mobilehome park located at 2424 W.
