<br />JT Public Hearing - <br />First Implementation Agreement <br />And Amendment to Variance No. 1998-06 <br />Saint Joseph Ballet <br />December 19, 2005 <br />Page 3 <br /> <br />On December 12, 2005, the Planning Commission recommended that the City <br />Council adopt a resolution approving an amendment to Variance No. 1998-06 <br />as conditioned by a vote of 7:0 to amend the conditions of approval for <br />the St. Joseph's Ballet Studio located at 1818 North Main Street in the <br />Community Commercial-Museum District (C1-MD) zoning district.
