CLOSBD SESSION <br /> <br />At 3:55 p.m., the Council recessed to Closed Session. <br /> <br />The Clerk of the Council announced the Council was recessing to Closed <br />Session pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(a) to confer with the <br />City Attorney regarding pending litigation which had been initiated <br />formally, and to which the City was a party, to wit, Mackie vs. City of <br />Santa Aha (Workers Compensation), and Little vs. City of Santa Ana <br />(Workers Compensation), and regarding litigation identification of which <br />would jeopardize the city's ability to conclude existing settlement <br />negotiations to its advantage. <br /> <br />At 4:30 p.m., the Council reconvened and immediately recessed to dinner. <br /> <br />DINNER RECESS - ROOM 510 <br /> <br />RECONVENED - 7:33 P.M. <br /> <br />City Councilmembers Griset, Hart, <br />Johnson, Luxembourger, McGuigan, Young <br /> <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> <br />INVOCATION <br /> <br />The Reverend Ed Erny <br />Grand Avenue United Methodist church <br />2121 N.
