Adopt a resolution. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2005-111 - A resolution of the City Council of the <br />City of Santa Ana authorizing the City Manager and the Chief of Police <br />to execute a grant award agreement for the 2005 Coverdell Forensic <br />Science Improvement Grant from the United States Department of <br />Justice <br /> <br />2. Approve an appropriation adjustment. (Requires 5 affirmative <br />votes) <br /> <br />APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT NO. 06-053 - Recognizing the FY <br />2005 Paul Coverdell Forensic Improvement Grant funds in the amount <br />of $48,188 into the revenue account and appropriate same into the FY <br />2005 Paul Coverdell Forensic Improvement Grant expenditure <br />accounts. <br /> <br />20.B. APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT ACCEPTING FY 2005/06 <br />SUPPLEMENTAL LAW ENFORCEMENT SERVICES FUND GRANT <br /> <br />Motion: Approve an appropriation adjustment. (Requires 5 affirmative votes) <br /> <br />APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT NO. 06-054 - Accepting FY 2005-06 <br />Supplemental Law Enforcement Services Fund (SLESF) grand funds in <br />the amount of $507,457 into the revenue account and appropriate same <br />into the SLESF grant Expenditure accounts. <br /> <br />20.C. OES-HAZARDOUS MATERIALS EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS <br />GRANT <br /> <br />Motion: 1. Authorize the City Manager to accept a Hazardous Materials <br />Emergency Preparedness Grant in the amount of $32,000 <br /> <br />2. Approve an appropriation adjustment.
