<br />rJ - ;;JClO4-/34 -0/ <br /> <br />o:~ <br />(lI\..~ <br /> <br />AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br /> <br />THIS AMENDMENT, made and entered into this /JI' day of ~ 2005, by <br />and between the CITY OF SANTA ANA, a charter city and municipal corporation duly <br />organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City") and <br />Advanced Automated Systems, Inc. ("Contractor"). <br /> <br />RECITALS <br /> <br />A. The City and Contractor entered into that certain Agreement, entitled "CONSULTANT <br />AGREEMENT N-2004-134", hereinafter referred to as "said Agreement", dated October <br />15,2004, for Contractor to provide preventative air conditioning maintenance to the City. <br />B. The parties now desire to amend the Term and Compensation sections of said Agreement <br />in order to provide continuous service under said Agreement as all other terms and <br />conditions remain the same. <br /> <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual and respective promises hereinafter <br />contained and made, and subject to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement as hereby <br />amended, the parties do hereby agree as follows: <br /> <br />I. Section 2, of said Agreement, pertaining to Compensation of said Agreement is hereby amended <br />to increase the total compensation by an additional $9,800.00. <br /> <br />2. Section 3, of said Agreement, pertaining to Term of said agreement is hereby amended to extend <br />the termination date until October 31, 2006, in order to provide necessary continuous <br />uninterrupted service to the City. <br /> <br />3.
