Railroad right-of-way. <br /> <br />Bob Eichblatt, City Engineer, presented the staff report and <br />recommendations. <br /> <br />The Clerk of the Council reported no written communications. <br /> <br />There were no speakers in favor or against proposed Underground Utility <br />Districts No. 23 and 24. <br /> <br />Miles Leach, 2025 W.
