MINUTES OF THE ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING <br />OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />NOVEMBER 18, 1986 <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers, 22 <br />Civic Center Plaza, by Mayor Daniel E. Griset. Councilmembers present <br />were John Acosta, R. W. Luxembourger, Patricia A. McGuigan and Mayor <br />Griset. Also present were City Manager David N. Ream, City Attorney <br />Edward J. Cooper and Clerk of the Council Janice C. Guy. <br /> <br />Councilmembers Wilson B. Hart and P. Lee Johnson were absent. <br /> <br />Councilmember Dan Young joined the meeting at 7:02 p.m. <br /> <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG <br /> <br />INVOCATION <br /> <br />Councilmember McGuigan <br /> <br />JOINT PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />76.A. <br /> <br />DISPOSITION AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH KIRK S. EVANS, INC. - <br />1421 LA BONITA (AGENCY ITEM 2C) <br /> <br />Following approval of the minutes of the Community Redevelopment Agency, <br />Patti Nunn, Project Manager, presented the staff report relative to the <br />proposed disposition and development agreement with Kirk S. Evans, Inc. <br /> <br />The Mayor opened the joint public hearing of the Santa Aha Community <br />Redevelopment Agency and the City Council, relative to the proposed sale <br />property known as the La Bonita Site by the Community Redevelopment <br />Agency of the City of Santa Ana to Kirk S. Evans, Inc., of a 4.81 acre <br />site located at 1421 La Bonita Street, immediately south of Westminster <br />Avenue. <br /> <br />The Clerk of the Council reported no written communications on the matter. <br /> <br />Kirk Evans, project developer, spoke in favor of the agreement. <br /> <br />There were no other speakers. <br /> <br />The Mayor closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />MOTION (part of concurrent action with Agency): <br /> <br />l) Adopt resolution. <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL MINUTES 435 NOVEMBER 18, 1986 <br /> <br /> <br />
