<br />b. Performance Ratings. Each Fire Management <br />Group A employee's performance in relation to <br />his or her agreed upon annual objectives and <br />managerial behaviors will be evaluated <br />according to the following performance <br />rating scale: <br /> <br />Point Rating <br /> <br />Performance Levels <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br />Significantly <br />Expectations: <br />Consistently <br />objectives, <br />expectations <br /> <br />Exceeds <br /> <br />exceeds all <br />requirements and <br />by a wide margin. <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />Exceeds Expectations: <br />Consistently meets all objectives <br />and requirements and exceeds <br />several. <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />Meets Expectations: <br />Meets objectives and requirements. <br /> <br />Below Expectations: <br />Fails to meet some objectives and <br />requirements. <br /> <br />-1 <br /> <br />Unacceptable: <br />Performance is significantly below <br />the minimum required. <br /> <br />5. Performance-Based Salary Adjustments. Each Fire <br />Management Group A employee covered by this <br />Agreement may be eligible to receive an annual <br />performance-based in-range salary increase and/or <br />one-time monetary payment based on a percentage of <br />current annual rate of base salary, or be subject <br />to a performance-based salary reduction, in <br />accordance with the following: <br /> <br />a. For overall performance rated as <br />"Significantly Exceeds Expectations," either <br />step increases or one-time monetary payment <br />or a combination of step increases and one- <br />time monetary payment not to exceed seven <br /> <br />12 <br />
