The service provided <br />under this agreement with MASK Systems includes scheduled preventive <br />maintenance of all security systems, emergency and routine repairs of <br />equipment, and an on-site system technician. To date, MASK Systems has <br />performed in a satisfactory manner. Police Department staff recommends <br />exercising the last one-year renewal option of this agreement. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br /> <br />Funds are available in the Police Department Detention Services Other <br />Contractual Services account (account no. 011-349-6291) , the Police <br />Buildings & Facilities Other Contractual Services account (account no. 011- <br />350-6291), and the Inmate Welfare Fund Other Contractual Services account <br />(account no. 023-349-6291). <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FUNDS AND ACCOUNTS: <br /> <br />4~~~ <br /> <br />Chief of Police <br />Police Department <br /> <br />~~~f~.o <br />~Francisco J.
