In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, the <br />recommended action is exempt from further review pursuant to Section <br />15301. This Class 1 exemption allows the repair, maintenance and minor <br />alteration of existing structures with no expansion. Categorical Exemption <br />No. 2005-210 will be filed for this project. <br /> <br />Section 2. The City Council of the City of Santa Ana after conducting the <br />public hearing hereby approves: <br /> <br />A. Variance No. 2005-64 as conditioned in Exhibit A attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein as though fully set forth. <br /> <br />B. Variance No. 2005-65 as conditioned in Exhibit B attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein as though fully set forth <br /> <br />These decisions are based upon the evidence submitted at the abovesaid hearing, <br />which includes but are not limited to: the Staff reports and exhibits attached thereto; and <br />the public testimony all of which are incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 3. This Resolution shall only become effective once the City Council adopts <br />a Relocation Plan for this property.
