The site currently contains 35 covered parking spaces. <br /> <br />The site has a General Plan land use designation of Medium Density <br />Residential (MR-15), which allows residential development at 15 units per <br />acre. The subject site is located within the Multiple-Family Residential <br />(R-3) zoning district. The property is surrounded by single-family and <br />multi-family residential uses to the north, south and west, and office and <br />multi-family residential uses to the east (Exhibits 1 and 2) . <br /> <br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />75A-2 <br />
