Tyler in an aggregate total amount not to exceed $900,000 — Planning and Building Agency AGMT 2005-247 - BUILDING INSPECTION SERVICES - With Vandorpe Chou Associates, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $50,000 - Planning and Building Agency 1. Approve appropriation adjustments. (Requires five affirmative votes.)
