INSURANCE ON FILE WORK MAY PROCEED UNTIL INSURANCE EXPIRES (, I —C)U CLERK OF COUNCIL DATE:QCT 18 2005 o' PD 0 E=tStR_ A-2005-214 AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR PROVISION OF COMPUTER SUPPORT SERVICES THIS AMENDMENT, made and entered into this 31 day of August, 2005, by and between the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation duly organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"), and Northrop Grumman Public Safety Inc. ("Consultant'). RECITALS A. The City and the Consultant entered that certain agreement dated September 2"d 2003, hereinafter referred to as "said Agreement", for Consultant to provide service and maintenance for Digital Hardware operating systems software services. B. On July 6 ° 2004 parties amended said Agreement to provide continuous uninterrupted services under the terms of said Agreement. B. The parties hereto now desire to again extend the Term and increase Compensation terms of said Agreement in order to provide continuous uninterrupted services under the terms of said Agreement. WHEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual and respective covenants and promises hereinafter contained and made, and subject to all of the terms and conditions of said Agreement as hereby amended, the parties hereto do hereby agree as follows: 1. Section 2 of said Agreement pertaining to Compensation shall be increased in an amount not to exceed $71,000.00 during the term of this extension. 1. Section 3 "Term" of said Agreement shall be extended to terminate on September 1, 2006. 2. Except as hereinabove modified, the terms and conditions of said Agreement and all Exhibits thereto remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
