<br />N-2005-129 <br /> <br />AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br /> <br />THIS AMENDMENT, made and entered into this 28th day of September 2005, by and <br />between the CITY OF SANTA ANA, a charter city and municipal corporation duly organized <br />and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City") and Basilio <br />Associates, Inc. ("Consultant"). <br /> <br />RECITALS <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />The City and Consultant eJie.!:ed ipto that certain Agreement, entitled "CONSULTANT <br />AGREEMENT N-200I-I~'~einafter referred to as "said Agreement", dated <br />September 13,2001, for Consultant to provide architectural and engineering services to <br />the City. <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />The parties have amended said Agreement four times in order to provide continuous <br />uninterrupted service under the terms of said Agreement. <br /> <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual and respective promises hereinafter <br />contained and made, and subject to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement as hereby <br />amended, the parties do hereby agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. The Compensation of said Agreement, which is contained in Section 2., shall be amended, to <br />add an additional $9,000.00 to provide continued service. <br />2. The term of said Agreement, which is contained in Section 3, shall be amended, to extend the <br />Agreement for one additional year to provide continued service the new date of termination <br />shall be September 30, 2006; <br />3. Except as hereinabove modified, the terms and conditions of said Agreement remain <br />unchanged and in full force and effect. <br /> <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Amendment to said Agreement the date and <br />year first above written. <br /> <br />A TRICIA E.
