<br />Authorized Users shall include, but not be limited to, the following (please check the item(s) which best describes the
<br />SUbscriber):
<br />o federal law enforcement agencies such as the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Secret Service, the Drug
<br />Enforcement Administration and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms;
<br />o state, county, and local law enforcement agencies such as the state pollee, state highway patrol, county sheriff, city
<br />pollee departments, and township pollee departments;
<br />o federal, state, county, and local courts (bankruptcy, juvenile, domestic relations, etc.);
<br />o federal government agencies with limited law enforcement responsibilities such as the Internal Revenue Service,
<br />Health and Human Services, Federal Trade Commission, and the Social Security Administration;
<br />o state, county, and local government agencies with limited law enforcement responsibilities such as state, county and
<br />local welfare offices, state, county and local employment offices, and state, county, and local social services offices;
<br />o public or private corporations under contract to one or more government agencies to support or function 'as a welfare,
<br />employment, or social service agency on behalf of a government agency;
<br />o public or private corporations who Investigate claims of fraud, theft, or other crimes;
<br />o public or private corporations who verify the identities of individuals in an effort to prevent/reduce incidents of fraud,
<br />theft, or other crimes;
<br />o licensed professionals, Including attorneys, paralegals working for licensed attorneys, and Investigators, who
<br />investigate or prosecute crimes or civil offenses; or
<br />o licensed professionals, Including attorneys, paralegals working for licensed attorneys, and Investigators, who are
<br />Involved in the administration of estates, or the liquidation of assets, including pension funds, or trustees' in
<br />bankruptcies.

<br />o location of non-custodial spouses allegedly owing child support or ex-spouses allegedly owing spousal support;
<br />o location of Individuals alleged to have failed to pay taxes or other lawful debts;
<br />I8l location of witnesses, suspects, or victims of fraud, theft, or Identity theft;
<br />o location of witnesses, suspects, informants in Investigations involving national security matters;
<br />I8l verification of Identity In criminal and civil Investigations;
<br />I8l verification of Identity In credit, financial, employment, securities or Insurance transactions;
<br />o verification of identity in national security matters; or
<br />o transactions similar to those described above, subject to prior review and approval by LexisNexis. (describe)
