COMMENTS <br /> <br />90.A. PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> <br />Laurel Stephens, 3 Vienna Drive, presented the results of a survey of <br />mobilehome owners in Santa Aha to the Council for forwarding to staff to <br />assist with the development of a mobilehome mediation policy. <br /> <br />Miles Leach, 2025 W. Tenth Street, addressed Council, commenting on the <br />proposed Bristol Street widening and ward redistricting projects. <br /> <br />Kim McPeck, 1137 S. Flower, addressed Council, expressing concerns <br />regarding speeding and traffic congestion in his neighborhood. The City <br />Manager indicated staff would investigate and report to Council as soon <br />as possible. <br /> <br />Patricia Mill, 617 S. Starboard, addressed Council regarding the pending <br />large item trash pickup, indicating the City's decision to discontinue <br />curb-side pickup would create a hardship for the residents. <br /> <br />Bob Thompson, 502 Onyx, addressed Council, indicating a need for <br />mobilehome representation on the Housing Advisory Commission. <br /> <br />Antonio Villa, 1808 S. Van Ness, addressed Council, indicating the <br />ordinance which restricted parking of commercial vehicles to five minutes <br />standing time was negatively impacting his grocery business. <br /> <br />Robert Laz, resident of Santa Ana, addressed Council, proposing that he <br />be given a 90-day trial period with respect to a recycling program. <br /> <br />MISCELLANEOUS <br /> <br />19.C.
