<br />maintenance subscriptions are for one year of Standard Support; and (iv) all prices are in US Dollar. TAXES: Currently, BindView is
<br />registered to collect and remit sales tax in AL, AZ, AR, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, lA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, MO, NE, NJ,
<br />NM, NY, NC, NO, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WV, WI. (This list is provided for infonnation only and is subject to change

<br />WRAP LICENSE AGREEMENT: If you sign this Order Form and return it to us, or otherwise signify your assent to the !enns and conditions
<br />of the SCA, then the SCA will supersede the click-wrap license agreement presented upon installation of the software for the item(s) listed
<br />above. (NOTE: The installation procedure for any software listed above may require you, or may have required you, to click on a button
<br />saying "I agree," or words to similar effect, to signify your assent to the click-wrap license agreement.) If you do not sign this Order Fonn and
<br />you and SindView have not signed a written license agreement covering such software that excludes click-wrap license agreements, then
<br />such click-wrap license agreement will control. [3] PURCHASE ORDERS: WE OBJECT to any additional or different tenns in any purchase
<br />order that you may provide us except as set forth in the purchase-order provisions of the BCA or the click~wrap license agreement, as
<br />applicable. [4] SIGNATURE: When signed by you and returned to us, this Order Fonn will constitute an order by you and a binding contract,
