COMMENTS <br /> <br />90.A. PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> <br />Antonio Villa, 1808 S. Van Ness Street, addressed Council requesting <br />relieve from Santa Ana Municipal Code Section 36-136.C, with regard to <br />length of standing time for commercial vehicles. The City Manager <br />indicated staff would assist Mr. Villa with his problem. <br /> <br />John Raya, 4618 W. Hollyline, addressed Council, commending the Council <br />for its approval of the Firearms discharge Program, and encouraging the <br />Council to form a coalition of neighborhood associations to assist in <br />planning for the future of the City. <br /> <br />William Chavez, 2305 W. Monte Vista, addressed Council requesting <br />information relative to police arrest procedures. Acting Police Chief <br />Hansen responded to his questions. <br /> <br />Miles Leach, 2025 West Tenth Street, addressed Council regarding <br />ConstitutioQal rights of individuals. <br /> <br />90.B. STAFF COMMENTS <br /> <br />Allen Doby, Executive Director Recreation and Community Services informed <br />the Council that the City's Cable Division had competed in the Orange <br />County Video Competition Awards, and placed two firsts, two seconds, and <br />one third, out of five entries. <br /> <br />90.C.
