Quality Commitment and Statement <br />A White and Yellow Cab Inc. supports the Total Quality Service principles throughout <br />this responsive proposal. Included in the operations section of our proposal, are very <br />specific means to support this statement. <br />On time delivery of promised services is completed through prior planning and posi- <br />tioning of assets. We will deliver on elements in this proposal at the specified times <br />requested in the site agreement. <br />Quality as specified is provided by our proposed Primary driver corps and operational <br />details. We will ensure the services detailed or exceed specifications that have been <br />presented. <br />Quality control is highly evident in our proposal. We have measures in place to moni- <br />tor, regulate, and administer the quantity and quality of drivers. This is achieved <br />through our management team, DDS, and Primary driver corps. <br />Customer satisfaction is reflected in our commitment to resolve any customer concern <br />regarding service. We monitor service through self- means, utilize on site manage- <br />ment, and follow up immediately with General Manager contact. <br />
