PUBLIC HEARINGS 75.A. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM - 1987-88. Consideration of the use of $3,894,000.000 in CDBG funds for the purpose of improving low and moderate income neighborhoods, eliminating blight and creating a more stable economic base. (The public hearing was closed at the meeting of April 20, 1987.) MOTION: Amend the proposed 1987-88 Community Development Block Grant Budget to include additional funding for Relampago del Cielo in the amount of $20,000.00, subject to the organization locating a place to conduct business for a minimum tenancy of six months.
