The Mayor opened the public hearing on Amendment Application No. 982 <br />proposing to rezone the property from the R-1 (Single-Family Residential) <br />District to the M-1 (Light Industrial) District, Conditional Use Permit <br />87-7 to allow for a counseling service establishment operated by a <br />non-profit organization, and Parcel Map 87-206, the subdivision of one lot <br />into two, at the property located at 3010 W. Harvard. <br /> <br />Staff report, Planning Commission recommendation and staff comments were <br />presented by Sergio Klotz. <br /> <br />The Clerk of the Council reported no written communications. <br /> <br />Elliotte Boggus, President, United Cerebral Palsy Association of Orange <br />County, spoke in favor of Amendment Application No. 982. <br /> <br />There were no other speakers on the matter. <br /> <br />T~e Mayor closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />MOTION: l) Approve and file Negative Declaration and place the following <br /> ordinance on first reading and authorize publication of title. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. NS-1916 - An Ordinance of the City of Santa Ana Rezoning <br />Certain Property located at 3010 West Harvard Street from the R-1 <br />(Single-Family Residence) District to the M1 (Light Industrial) District. <br /> <br />2) Approve and file Findings of Fact. <br /> <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 87-7 - Filed by the United Cerebral Palsy <br />Association of Orange County, Inc. to permit a counseling service <br />establishment operated by a nonprofit organization and located at 3010 <br />West Harvard Street in the M1 District. Staff recommendation to Planning <br />Commission: Approval.
